Photo Gallery of Montage Capitol Hill Condominiums
Constructed to Built Smart standards, Montage conserves
resources while providing a healthy, comfortable living environment.
Windows are energy efficient, low-e glass for reduced heating
costs. The interior and exterior are constructed of durable materials
designed to last.  Parking is located in a bi-level underground
structure, and the building has controlled-access entry and a
community rooftop terrace.

The street-level facade will be tiled with natural slate.  The classic
yet contemporary architecture and pleasing color palette ensure that
Montage's appeal will endure.
Many homes at Montage offer spectacular views of the Space Needle, Elliott Bay, downtown Seattle,
Olympic Mountains, and all points in between.  Every suite provides either a generous deck or
private outdoor terrace to take in the scenery, entertain friends and family, or just soak up some
sunshine.  Can't see 4th of July fireworks from your living room?  Then head up to the rooftop
terrace - where's there's plenty of space to enjoy some alone time or entertain a crowd.
We're putting the finishing touches on the model unit, but you can see a sneak peek below.  The
model unit has the
Boylston finish package with black quartz countertops and an Ann Sacks glass
tile backsplash.  Lending a streamlined look in the kitchen are the Bosch gas cooktop and
microwave.  Every unit has a gas fireplace as well.

The hand-made planters, as seen in the final photograph, will be placed on terrace level suites.
These sophisticated planters are filled with colorful, drought tolerant, and privacy-enhancing
plantings, such as the Japanese red maple pictured below.
